so here's a healthy pasta recipe that you can enjoy when you're on a tight budget
serves 3-6 peeps
400 grams spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup olive oil
4 to 6 garlic heads, chopped
3 to 6 big tomatoes, seeded cut into strips or bigger if you want too
2 cans tuna
2 bunches of cauliflower / brocolli
pinches of mr. salt and mrs. pepper
1 Cook spaghetti noodles. Set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan.
2 Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant. Add more if a stronger flavor is desired. Add sliced tomatoes and cauliflowers. Cook until a bit floppy
3 Add a can of tuna in water, drained. Heat through. Toss in the pasta. Add salt and pepper.
