one of my frustrations is having a poor skin. yes, my dermatologist  confirms it. i was one of the misfortuned to have a sensitive skin. my skin care products was limited only into baby products  most likely the unscented ones. i was easily prone into skin rashes. sigh....this upcoming week i was scheduled for warts cauterization in my face to upper chest area. for those who doesn't have any idea about it here it goes,   warts are skin growths which are caused by the human papillomavirus , they are non-cancerous. the virus causes keratin, a hard protein in the epidermis (the top layer of the skin) to grow too fast. warts are different from moles. while moles are dark and can be quite large, warts tend to be small, skin-colored rough lumps. i will post soon some pictures while doing this treatment.

wish i had a healthier skin  =(
but still, I CAN LAUGH WITH GOD TODAY's just a minor skin problem and there are a lot of treatments that can be done =)

write it out

writing can free your thoughts and worries. it can channels into creativity. a journal can be your own stress- buster and constant companion. you don't have to be concious about composition, just  doddle and write everything that's on your mind.

don't overthink, it can be simple as long as it confide your  plans, speculations and dreams. just go on...
let it all out on paper.

happy father's day

All my life was a paper once plain, pure and white
Till you moved with your pen changin' moods now and then
Till the balance was right
Then you added some music, ev'ry note was in place
And anybody could see all the changes in me by the look on my face

And you decorated my life, created a world where dreams area apart
And you decorated my life by paintin' your love all over my heart
You decorated my life

Like a rhyme with no reason in an unfinished song
There was no harmony life meant nothin' to me, until you cam along
And you brought out the colors, what a gentle surprise
Now I'm able to see all the things life can be shinin' soft in your eyes

And you decorated my life, created a world where dreams are a part
And you decorated my life by paintin' your love all over my heart
You decorated my life
you decorated my life

laugh with GOD today

It took me only half of the day to finished this book. The title itself was intriguing right? Definitely, all of us wants to LAUGH WITH GOD. But how??? , the first thing came into my mind is HOW? As I go through the pages, i realized so may things, so many blessings instead. Little blessings that sometimes we just ignored it.

In every stories, I choose to reflect on a deeper meaning of it aside from the bonus that it makes me laugh =)

The most touching story for me was " Wag mo na yang Gisingin , LORD"
In fact, I shared it my sons ( 10 & 5 yrs old ). Every morning I make them realized that JESUS was the one whose wakening them, be grateful for every wonderful morning that arises and welcome it with a SMILE.

Brother Michael approach was hilarious, funny yet fruitful with the word of GOD.

Brothers and sisters in Christ, hope you would take time to LAUGH with GOD soon.
God bless us all!
